45 Degree Stitch Welded Elbow

One-piece light gauge economical elbows for light dust collection

Our 22 Gauge Galvanized 45-degree metal elbows are stamped out with forming dies and mechanical presses and are available in sizes from 3″ up to 12.”

Choose the appropriate size from the dropbox above. Stitch-welded elbows, or stitched halves, are galvanized metal elbows that are stamped out using mechanical presses and forming dies

The stamping process does limit the gauges that can be used with this kind of elbow, so when using larger sizes, the application should be limited to light dust or air.

Sizing Note: Larger than 6″ ducting, the application should be limited to light dust or air as the gauge is too light for heavy particle. Gore locked elbows recommended for ducting 7″ and larger.

We have elbows designed for light dust collection, airtight elbows for wet applications, heavy gauge welded elbows for abrasives and even an option for flat back elbows with replaceable plates for abrasive particulate.

Available duct elbow radii are 1.0 x D, 1.5 x D, and 2.5 x D but we can custom make any elbow needed.
